Below are the refund dates for Fall 2021. Please note an important change in the refund policy beginning Fall 2021! It is important that students are aware of these refund policies so that they do not incur a bill.
Note: students with holds on their accounts must make schedule changes in-person.
IMPORTANT: once the 100% refund period is complete, all even swaps (dropping and adding equivalent credits) must be completed in the same transaction in-person at the Enrollment Services Office to avoid a bill beyond the scheduled drop/add fees! Dropping and adding courses online, or in separate transactions once the 50% refund period begins, will result in a bill!

Withdrawing from a course after the 50% drop period must be processed in person at the Cumberland Campus Enrollment Services Office. In addition, the student will receive a W on their official transcript and it will affect academic progress. Administrative drops or removal from classes, for any reason, forfeit all refunds.
The above refund schedule applies to credit class enrollment only.
