All students are required to take the Accuplacer, or provide proof of exemption, for proper course placement.
The ACCUPLACER assesses your basic skills in the areas of reading, writing, arithmetic, algebra and statistics. Introductory college-level courses require that you test out of reading and/or complete the recommended course(s) based on the ACCUPLACER.
ACCUPLACER is a computerized test. We recommend that you take it as soon as possible so your placement information and course recommendations will be available for advisement.
Below you'll find a schedule of dates, times and locations for testing. Each test begins at the starting time and takes approximately three (3) hours to complete.
All testing will be held in the Testing Center, in the Catherine J. Arpino Education & Humanities Center, first floor, ASL Lab.
