WELCOME UNIVERSITY PARTNER GRADUATES AND FAMILIES!


This is the place for students, families, faculty and staff to get all the details of the graduation ceremony held at the​ Cumberland Campus. University Partner institutions participating in this event are Georgian Court University, Montclair State University, and Wilmington University.


GRADUATES
All University Partner students must RSVP in order to participate. Evaluation of eligibility must be conducted by the home institution. An invitation to participate in the Commencement is extended ONLY to eligible students via email. Those who have received an invitation to participate in commencement, must RSVP by the deadline. Further instructions regarding the ceremony and ticket pick up will be sent via email once RSVP is received. If you have additional questions regarding your graduation status, please contact your home institution.

 

Please note the ceremony held at Cumberland Campus is in addition to your main campus commencement ceremony.

Commencement Rehearsal
There will be no commencement rehearsal.

Commencement Ceremony
Commencement will take place on Tuesday, May 12th at 11 a.m. in the Guaracini Performing Arts Center at Cumberland Campus. Participating graduates are required to report to the University Center, wearing commencement regalia no later than 10 a.m. Families may go directly to the Guaracini Performing Arts Center. Graduates not present are removed from the list of participants and may not enter the line. Tickets are required for entry to the Guaracini Performing Arts Center. All guests including infants and children are required to have a ticket. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. 

Diplomas
Diplomas will be sent by your home institution once conferral is confirmed.

FAMILIES


Parking
Parking lot G is adjacent to the Guaracini Performing Arts Center and will be available for parking. Additional lots will be available if necessary. Parking is free.

Venue

Please note prohibited items:

No food or drinks

No balloons

No flash photography once ceremony begins

All guests require a ticket for entry
