On the Gloucester Campus, East College Drive will be closed on Monday, February 26, through the end of May due to road construction.

Slow down and re​lax for a few minutes while you enjoy a nice hot beverage and a snack curtesy of the women in STEM Café.  We will host interesting science discussions at our monthly meetings conveniently held between classes.  This is a great opportunity to meet other women in your major or plan your career path with our faculty mentors.

World Classroom Guest Speake​r Series​

Learn more about cutting-edge STEM research through our STEM Speaker Series.  Other topics covered by speakers include career advice, leadership development, and strategies for overcoming obstacles faced by women in STEM.   

Mentoring

Not sure where to transfer or what to do with your STEM degree?  Sign up for a mentor!  We have partnered with the Million Women Mentors initiative to connect our students with successful women currently working in STEM fields.  The academy will help you connect with second year STEM students,

RCGC faculty members, as well as local professionals in STEM fields. 

Women in STEM Seminar Course

Be part of the change! Learn about the history of women in STEM and the current obstacles they face.  Develop solutions to these problems and make recommendations for change. Gender-inclusive alternative teaching methods that emphasize cooperative learning, group discussion and critical analysis will be incorporated.

Designated Women in STEM Study Lounge

Enjoy a quiet place to study and hang out with friends in our Women in STEM Study Lounge located in IC 408.  ​
