Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is a subscription-based online office and software services suite, that incorporates access to online services such as cloud storage with the portability of Office Online. This course aims to teach users of Office 365 how to learn basic tasks using the included apps and services. Experienced users who have little to no experience with Office Online, and Microsoft Teams, will also benefit greatly from this course.

Netiquette in the Digital World

The pace of the development of new technology is accelerating, and we find ourselves becoming increasingly dependent on technology to communicate with each other. As a result, we find ourselves spending more and more time living in a ‘digital world’. Clearly, for many people, online interactions are replacing real world one-to-one interactions. Therefore, it is vital that the concept of ‘Digital Citizenship’ is
understood. The appropriate use of technology needs to be appreciated by everyone.

Excel Mini Workshops

The Mini-Excel workshops are designed for individuals looking to learn the basic essential features of Microsoft Office Excel. In each 2-hour class, you will learn how to create and format worksheets; utilize graphs and charts; gain an understanding of basic formulas and functions; work with tables and pivot tables.

Stress Management: Finding Calm among the Chaos

Today’s workforce is experiencing job burnout and stress in epidemic proportions. Workers at all levels feel stressed out, insecure, and misunderstood. Many people feel the demands of the workplace, combined with the demands of home, have become too much to handle. This workshop explores the causes of such stress and suggests general and specific stress management strategies that people can use every day.
