Gloucester: If you want to withdrawal from a course, please make an Express Advising appointment. We will then respond with a digital withdrawal form and instructions on how to authorize the withdrawal.

RCSJ – Cumberland Campus Admissions Q&A sessions available every Tuesday and Thursday. An admissions representative will be available to answer questions from current, perspective and new students.
Meetings will be held via Zoom. To connect via Zoom you need to download the Zoom app to a computer, smartphone, or tablet, then simply click on the link for the session you would like to join. These Zoom sessions will only run while campus is closed.

Student Financial Aid may be used to make online purchases through the bookstore. When using financial aid as your form of payment, orders will not be processed until funds are made available for the upcoming term. Only students with financial aid funds available AFTER all tuition, and fees are paid can use financial aid if available.
Spring rental check-in Procedure:
Due to the move towards online classes on many campuses, we want to reassure all our rental customers we are here to support you. If you are not on campus and have rented textbooks, they can be returned free by shipping back via UPS. Below are easy step-by-step Rental Return instructions. You will need your order number to print the UPS shipping label. This can be found in the confirmation email from your online order OR if you rented your textbook in store, find it in any of your rental reminder emails. The UPS label can be printed on or before your Charge Date.
Free Rental Returns By Mail Step by Step Instructions:
- Go to 'Create Your Rental Return UPS Label' below. If you are shipping the books back via UPS for a refund, the package must be postmarked during the first week of classes with original receipt.
- Fill out the rental return form. Please enter the address from where books would be shipped.
- Print Free UPS Shipping Label* and affix it to the box.

Testing Center and Placement Testing
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rowan College of South Jersey has decided to make Accuplacer testing for the 2020-2021 academic year optional for general admission programs. If you are interested in pursuing a selective admission program, you will need to satisfy the RCSJ's admission placement requirements.
If you have previously taken the
PSAT, SAT, ACT or PARCC/NJSLA test, please forward your
official scores to the appropriate campus resource below. Please make sure to
include your name and ID number in your email. You can also send a copy of your
preliminary high school transcript for review, again please include your name and ID number in the email. With these tools, our academic advisors will be able to accurately gauge the types of courses to recommend to you to ensure your academic success.

The college is aware that, for some students, the transition to online learning is difficult. None of the decisions are being made lightly. Decisions are constantly being evaluated in the best interest of the health of the College population.
