The Women in STEM Academy at Rowan College of South Jersey has established the "Women in STEM Scholarship" in an effort to recruit and retain top-performing women interested in entering a STEM field of study. Awards are renewable for an additional year.
Student Eligibility and Requirements
- Open to female students
- Enroll as a full-time student in any STEM major at RCSJ
- College-ready mathematics level
- Letter of Recommendation
- Submit a 250-word essay describing career objectives
Scholarship Details
- $1,000 Scholarship
- Renewable for second year of study
- Must maintain cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 to renew
- Successfully complete the Women in STEM seminar course

- Meet all admission and application requirements established by RCSJ
- File a FAFSA form
- Submit an RCSJ Financial Aid Disclosure and Release form and other requested verification items
