Step 1: Apply​
  • The acceptance letter will be sent within 5 business days after applying.
  • Please read the instructions in the acceptance letter and log into your student accounts.  ​ 

Submit the completed Immunization Record Form​ to Admissions before the end of the semester.

Step 2: Complete Financial Aid
  • Complete the free online application at www.fafsa.gov​.
  • This will determine your eligibility for financial aid (loans or grants).
  • Please use FAFSA Code: 006901
  • Call (856) 200-4848 or email [email protected] for asstance.​

Students must track the progress of their applications and complete all requirements for federal and state aid. You may log into your student Self-Service to check the status for your financial aid at RCSJ-Cumberland.

Step 3: Satisfy the Placement Test Requirements

​Step 4: Attend New Student Orientation(NSO)

After you receive your acceptance letter and satisfy the placement requirement, register for the  New Student Orientation.                                              

  • Orientation will teach the college processes and technologies. 
  • At the conclusion of the New Student Orientation, you will meet with an academic advisor who will assist you with course selection for your first semester.  ​ 
  • New Students: Must complete orientation before course registration. 
  • Transfer Students: Orientations are optional.​
  • Students who attended an NSO but still need additional academic guidance, may email [email protected] or call (856) 200-4647.
