RCSJ - Cumberland’s Career Services is designed to increase job readiness by providing comprehensive career development, experiential learning experiences, collaboration with leaders in the community, job searching strategies, and career planning based on a student's unique personality, interest and values. Our mission is to maximize student employability by assisting students in making informed decisions on career choice based on job market demands and empowering them to create a professional career brand, ultimately graduating from RCSJ - Cumberland and making a successful transition into the workforce and/or transferring to a four year institution.
