BUILD A BRIDGE TO YOUR FUTURE

Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) is offering a Summer Bridge Program to help students better prepare for the rigors of a college education. RCGC, in collaboration with Gloucester County high schools, provides students with an opportunity to develop their skills and acquire the knowledge necessary to succeed in college prior to graduation. Part of RCGC’s Center for College and Career Readiness, this program enables high school students to bridge any skill gaps that hinder college academic performance. Students will save valuable time and money as they take educational foundation courses in reading comprehension. This reading course will be accompanied by a series of "Student Success" workshops to provide students with additional college readiness skills.

Timeframe

The Summer Bridge Program will run from June 24, 2019 to July 25, 2019, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  The College will be closed on Wednesday, July 4 and therefore, class will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdasy and Friday that week. The course is accompanied a series of "Student Success" workshops, which will run once per week for an hour immediately following class.
