RCSJ Hosts a Business and Education Summit on April 16 assisting Gloucester County Businesses with Talent Acquisition and Upskill Training

Deptford Twp – Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) in collaboration with the Gloucester County Department of Economic Development and the Workforce Development Board, will host a Business and Education Summit on April 16, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Rastelli Business and Corporate Center on the Gloucester Campus. This is a workforce solution event assisting Gloucester County businesses with talent acquisition and upskill training. The cost is free.

Attendees will enjoy breakfast, networking opportunities, an expert panel discssion, and breakout sessions during the event. Industry and high education leaders will discuss:

  • Effectively motivating and managing hybrid workers
  • Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in industry as an alternative solution
  • On-the-job training and soft-skill development
  • Lessening the leadership gap from entry-level to management

Attendees can also take advantage of RCSJ and GC Workforce's connections to acquire grant-funding opportunities that create pathways for Gloucester County businesses to hire, train, and retain RCSJ graduates as full-time employees.
