3/25/2024

The Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) are proud to present the latest in their Entrepreneurship Conference series: The Pathway to Success. The conference will be held on Fri., April 5, from 8:30 – 11 a.m., in the College's Gloucester campus Rastelli Business & Corporate Center.

The conference is designed to inspire and educate entrepreneurs at all stages of business development and will feature a keynote address from the building's namesake and premier partner of RCSJ's Business Studies Division – Ray Rastelli, co-founder of Rastelli Foods Group. Following the keynote address, attendees can choose from breakout sessions customized to the three phases of entrepreneurship. These moderated panel discussions will provide valuable instruction from experts in banking, accounting, legal, scaling, financial planning, human resources, and leadership; all of whom have succeeded in starting, growing. and maturing strong businesses. Sessions include:

  • From Concept to Launch – Critical early steps
  • Growing Your Business – Best practices in business growth
  • Succession Planning – Important decisions in succession planning

The event will include breakfast, networking opportunities, and conversations with professionals from the county, state, and business community who can provide additional information on local resources. It has been made possible thanks to the generosity of promoting sponsor, KD Law, and fellow sponsor, Graphics Solutions.
