University Partner Institution Plan for Instructional Delivery
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, University Partners have closely monitored the advice and guidance of local, state, and national public health officials. The University Partners have moved to on line learning until further notice.

Beginning Monday, March 16, all in-person and hybrid classes meeting at all locations will be moved to the online environment. Faculty have prepared for this potential scenario and will provide the same academic quality to which students have been accustomed. Students with lab or clinical requirements will receive additional communication from Dr. Jim Wilson, our Vice President of Academic Affairs. We will determine whether to resume in-person and hybrid classes no later than April 17.
The University will close, all locations, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, through Sunday, March 29, 2020. Although we will be closed, all University business will continue to be conducted remotely. Students may still communicate with faculty, staff, or service departments electronically as we shift to working remotely at this time.. Fairleigh Dickinson University –
All FDU classes have moved to remote learning at Cumberland and Gloucester campuses. Students, please work closely with your professors for support and contact the University Technical Assistance Center at 973-443-8822 for any technical help you might need. There is no posted end date, as this may be re-visited at a later date. Please see the link for faculty resources on our coronavirus website (www.fdu.edu/coronavirus) and note that the Provost will be providing more information and updates on that site in the future.
Georgian Court University -
GCU will continue to follow the RCSJ-Cumberland schedule and will begin online instruction immediately following the two-week spring break ending 3/28 through the rest of the semester. Courses will continue through our blackboard system with unchanged timeslots for virtual office hours replacing scheduled in person hours for current students. Field Work requirements remain in place with students continuing at agency work sites as determined by each agency and GCU providing alternative work in the event of agency disruption/ closure.
All in-person activities for non-students are suspended for the spring semester. New program inquiries and/ or follow up from Cumberland offices should be emailed to email@example.com and will be answered and/ or forwarded to appropriate GCU offices. Follow up will be email, phone, or video conferencing on a case by case basis.
Montclair State University –
MSU has converted all hybrid courses to completely online effective Thursday, March 12th until the end of the semester on May 8th.
Additionally, a training session for students, entitled edTPA Forum, was also changed to an online Zoom video conference.

No office hours to meet in person with students will be offered until further notice, however, Diane will continue to respond to everyone, as has always been my practice, in a prompt and timely manner.
The University partners will continue to monitor daily updates regarding the pandemic, and communication will be sent no later than Friday, March 27, 2020, if plans to reopen University offices have changed.
