Classes will be conducted LIVE Online from 6 PM - 8:30 PM
The Computerized Tomography (CT) program is for Registered Radiologic technologists. The curriculum consists of a 3-hour classroom lecture each week for 20 weeks with lectures taught by Renee Graves, an experienced and respected educator. Students will be required to complete a minimum of 16 hours per week in a clinical site. Clinical sites will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis: those that hand in completed applications and all required documents will be given the first choice of clinical assignment. The student will be provided with the fundamentals needed to enter the field as an entry-level CT technologist. Upon completion of all academic and clinical requirements, RCSJ will award a certificate of completion and students will be eligible to sit for the CT certification exam. This course is approved for 54.5 ARRT CE credits.
The next MRI cohort will take place February 2024. Applications must be received by January 5, 2024
In addition to the application, eligible applicants must pass a background check (initiated by the college) and provide:
- Proof of current ARRT certification
- Copy of a current CPR certification
- Proof of current immunizations
- Documentation of a recent 10-panel drug screen
