MRI Program

​​​The January 2021 and July 2021 classes will be conducted LIVE Online from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

The MRI Program is available to radiologic technologists who want to enhance their careers in advanced imaging. In order to be eligible for this program you must have graduated from an accredited radiography program and passed the ARRT Certification Examination. The course consists of both classroom and clinical components. Students will meet once a week for 3-hours in class and complete a minimum of 16 hours per week in a clinical site. The student will be provided with the fundamentals needed to enter the field as an entry-level MRI technologist. Upon completion of all the academic and clinical requirements, Rowan College of South Jersey will award a certificate of completion and students will be eligible to sit for the MRI certification exam. This course is approved for ARRT CE credits.​

​Classes start every January and July and are held on Tuesday evenings.
