Modified Advising Appointments

Advising Updates as of 4/29/2020
The Office of Academic Advisement will be working remotely until further notice. During this time, please be assured that all advisors in the department are committed to maintaining the same level of professionalism and services as we would under normal circumstances. Below are details that outline how you can remotely meet with an advisor. This page will be updated regularly, so please continue to check for updates.

Advising Appointments
Students who want to meet with their advisor should continue to schedule an appointment as normal. You can make an appointment with your advisor like normal. Advisors are continuously monitoring their email and their appointments. Students who have an upcoming appointment will be notified via email regarding how the advising appointment will be delivered. These delivery methods may include email, phone conferencing or web conferencing though Blackboard’s Collaborate or Zoom. It is imperative that you check both, the email used when scheduling an appointment as well as your RCSJ email prior your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment.
