Gallery and Shop

The Arts & Innovation Center at 321 N. High Street, Millville is proud to showcase local and national artists in the gallery as well as sell local artists' work in the adjoining shop.

Each month the gallery features a new artist or collection of artists. There is an artist's reception coinciding with Millville Art District's Third Friday event.

This Month's Exhibit - Fried & Ferrell

Clay Fried

Clay Fried.jpg
Working in the genre of plein air, Fried sees his work not only as a record of the places he lives and visits, but as a metaphor for his place in the world. Plein air painting is associated primarily with the Barbizon and impressionist painters of the 19th and early 20th centuries, but has continued to be a popular mode of painting ever since.

Marlene Ferrell

Marlene's work is concerned with visual storytelling. She uses themes that are common to most people like grief, love, relationships, frustration, anxiety, concern for the condition of our planet, and the silliness that is necessary to manage a life that includes both children and art.
