Do You Qualify for Free Tuition?


Eligibility Requirements

  1. Have a total household adjusted gross income not to exceed $65,000 annually
  2. Not have a prior college degree
  3. Must be a Gloucester or Cumberland County resident
  4. Apply for Federal and State Aid at or the New Jersey Alternative Financial Aid application for NJ Dreamers
  5. Enroll for at least 6 course credits (typically two classes) in Spring 2020

Community College Opportunity Grant

New Jersey’s new Community College Opportunity Grant provides “free tuition” for those who qualify.

This funding will be awarded after all other federal, state or institutional aid. (Funds will be deposited directly to the college.)
