On the Gloucester Campus, East College Drive will be closed on Monday, February 26, through the end of May due to road construction.

Summer and Fall 2024 Courses will be Available March 11!


Before incoming stu​dents register for classes have you done the following:

  • Did you Applied to either the RCSJ Cumberland or RCSJ Gloucester campus?

  • Have you received your Acceptance letter? Cumberland campus mails your acceptance to the address listed on the application. Gloucester campus emails your acceptance to the email address listed in the application. 

  • Have you signed into the campus portal using the information in your campus acceptance letter?

  • Has the college received your current high school transcript? Ask a recruiter if you are not sure

  • Have you sastified testing requirements by submitting PSAT, SAT, ACT, PARCC/NJSLA Grade 11 English, PARCC/NJSLA Algebra 2 score reports or did you Accuplacer test? Testing is required so campus advisors can place you into correct courses. Ask a recruiter if you are not sure

Cumberland​ Campus

All incoming students at the Cumberland campus must attend a New Student Orientation (NSO).  Use the link below to signup the NSO.

​Gloucester Campus​

All incoming students need to obtain a Registration Pin#s. The Pin# is obtained after you meet with an advisor and will be written on your advisement form. 

Incoming students are encouraged to complete one of the available New Student Orientation options. 

  • ​If you select Self-Paced as your preferred method then at the conclusion you will need to make an individual appointment with the advisor that oversees your major, click me​.
  • The Virtual and In-Person options leads into an advisor meeting at the conclusion of the New Student Orientation.

If the Gloucester campus advisor's calendar does not have any available openings then you may also use Express Advisement

We offer Virtual Registration Assistance​ Please have your Advisement Form with the Registration Pin # with you during this meeting and someone will help you with navigating the portal to select classes.
