  • Inclement Weather
    ​ ​If there is inclement weather on May 14, there will be two Commencement ceremonies and they will be held in the Physical Education Center. The ceremonies will be held at 3:30pm and 7:00pm and will be sorted by academic division as follows:
    Ceremony 1, 3:30PM- Liberal Arts, Health Physical Education and Recreation, Law and Justice
    Ceremony 2, 7:00PM- Business, Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM), Allied Health
    In case of inclement weather, students should arrive for lineup in the Police Academy (Connected to the Physical Education Center) one hour prior to the start of their ceremony. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
    Additional information will be announced at the Commencement breakfast. It is very important that you check the webpage for updates.

  • Student Loa​n Recipients
    If you have borrowed a student loan while attending Rowan College you ar​e required to complete an Exit Counseling session.  Visit the Federal Student Aid website  and select the Complete Exit Counseling link from that page.
  • No Back Packs or Large Bags ​​Rowan College requests that graduates and guests refrain from bringing back packs or large bags to the Commencement ceremony. Packages are subject to inspection​. Please contact Safety & Security at 856-681-6287​ if you have any questions.

  • Veterans​
    Rowan College would like to honor all veterans d​uring Commencement with a graduation cord to show their appreciation and dedication for their service. All veterans should contact Kathleen Leader in the Student Services Building to pick up their graduation cord. ​ If you are a veteran and NOT RECEIVING VA EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS, please bring either your Military ID card or DD214 for proof of service. Please contact Kathleen Leader, Veterans Education Liaison, Student Services Building. ​ 856-464-5239/
  • All May and Summer graduates, please stop by the Business Office to pay the $63 graduation fee
