RCSJ’s 4th Annual President’s Golf Classic Strengthens Support for the College’s Adult Center for Transition (ACT)

10/1/2025

Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) and the Rowan College of South Jersey Foundation will host its 4th Annual President's Golf Classic, benefiting the college's Adult Center for Transition (ACT). Proceeds will provide financial support to students and strengthen ACT's mission: helping young adults who seek the vocational, educational, and social skills necessary to become independent and contributing members of society. The event will take place on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Pitman Golf Course. Golfers will tee off at noon after morning registration, lunch, and raffle sign-ups to kick off this day of fundraising support.

This year's outing is a milestone for Dr. Brenden Rickards, as it marks his first Golf Classic in his new role as interim president of Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ). “I'm excited to spend the day with so many who support our ACT students and their futures. These programs provide essential resources and support to adult learners of all abilities as they work toward independence and meaningful careers," said Rickards.

The Adult Center for Transition is an integral part of the college's programs, ensuring students of all abilities have the opportunity to learn and succeed.

Whether you participate as a player, sponsor, or donor, your involvement helps make a lasting impact. Your support allows us to continue building opportunities for students who rely on programs like ACT to thrive.
