You can access your Rowan College email by logging on to the Portal and clicking the Webmail icon at the top right.
Each student has a unique email address. Your email address is [email protected], using your Rowan College username to replace "USERNAME" (i.e., John Doe's email address might be [email protected] or [email protected]).
It is important to check your email as it is one of the primary ways Rowan College and instructors communicate.
Set Up Email on Your Mobile Device

Important Notes
- Course Messages in eLearning are not the same as your RCSJ Email.

You cannot set up your Rowan College email to automatically forward to your personal email address.

NOTE: Even though you may be able to set up a rule in Outlook Web Access, if your Rowan College email becomes full, it will no longer forward email to your personal email address.

An automatic cleanup runs weekly that will delete your older emails. If you have an important email that you want to keep, manually forward it to your personal email address.
