You can access your Rowan College email by logging on to the Portal and clicking the Webmail icon at the top right.
Each student has a unique email address. Your email address is USERNAME@students.rcgc.edu, using your Rowan College username to replace "USERNAME" (i.e., John Doe's email address might be firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com).
It is important to check your email often because it is one of the primary ways Rowan College and your instructors communicate with you.
Set Up Email on Your Mobile Device
You can also access your Rowan College email with your mobile device. Click on the appropriate link below to learn how to set up email on your mobile device:
- Your eLearning email is NOT the same as your Rowan College email (Webmail). The same rule applies for your instructor, so please confirm with your instructor the desired method of communication.
- You cannot set up your Rowan College email to automatically forward to your personal email address.
- NOTE: Even though you may be able to set up a rule in Outlook Web Access, if your Rowan College email becomes full, it will no longer forward email to your personal email address.
- An automatic cleanup runs weekly that will delete your older emails. If you have an important email that you want to keep, manually forward it to your personal email address.
