During this time, the Admissions Application system, WebAdvisor, Self-Service, and Colleague will not be accessible by students, faculty, and staff. The College website, Blackboard, and Starfish will continue to be accessible during this scheduled maintenance/outage.

Temporarily,  Students may apply with a paper application and may register in-person by visiting the Student Center.

Mobile Email for Android Devices

​​1. Select Gmail from your apps or from your app drawer.
​2. If this is your first time using Gmail, you will be asked to tap the Got It button.
(If you already have an account setup with Gmail, skip to 2A)
​3. Tap on the Exchange and Office 365 button from the list of options.
​4. Enter your RCGC email address and tap Next.
  • If you are a student, your email address is

  • If you are faculty/staff, your email address is

​5. Enter your RCGC Password and tap Next.
​6. A modal window will appear alerting you of security features that will be enabled. Tap OK.
​7. You will be asked to allow device administration. Tap Activate this device admin app.
​8. Optionally, you may give your account a name. This will display on sent messages. Once you are happy with the account name, tap Next.
​9. You will be asked if you would like to add another email address. Tap on Take Me To Gmail.
​10. Your emails will appear in your inbox.

If you already have an account setup using Gmail:

​2A. Swipe from left to right from your inbox to reveal the task panel.
​2B. Tap the arrow to the right of your account name (shown here in the blue area.)
​2C. Tap the Add account button.
