Preparing students for the workforce.
The Internship Career Connections Program exists because of the partnership between Rowan College of South Jersey and the Business Community. This unique hands-on career awareness and exploration experience enhances the academic portion of a student’s degree program.
The Internship Career Connections (ICC) Program requires a student to take a course, which includes 15 hours of academic instruction and preparation for a paid work experience of 150 hours on the job with a participating employer.
Selection for participation in the program is a competitive process; students should register for the experience course, IC 211 at Cumberland or CEP 211 at Gloucester, only after they have been selected.
