The Internship Benefit

Employers stand to benefit from the Internship Program, including:

Partnering with RCSJ to implement a workforce development program that will speak to their human resource needs
Develop a pool of highly skilled, well-trained applicants for future job openings
Hire highly motivated students whose career objectives are directly related to the job

According to NACEWeb, employers report converting an average of 51.7% of their eligible interns into full-time hires.
