The CWS offers free and confidential sessions using Solution-Focused Brief Treatment and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. If you are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, having difficulty managing your time, test anxiety, or experiencing other life stressors, please do not hesitate to contact the Center for Counseling and Wellness Services.
