OSHA 10 | The OSHA Outreach Training Program for General Industry provides training for entry-level workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in general industry. |

CPR/AED | The Heartsaver CPR AED course trains participants to give CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. |

Machine Shop Basics | By the completion of this module students will: 1) Demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures, including proper use of first aid kits and fire extinguishers. 2) Identify the importance of a clean work area and identifying if a machine is worn or damaged. 3) Demonstrate proper machine shut down and chip removal. 4) Demonstrate the ability to identify materials and the proper way to machine them. 5) Demonstrate the proper calculation of a simple right-angle trigonometry and algebra problems. 6) Demonstrate the ability to round decimals and convert fractions. 7) Demonstrate the proper operation of a dial-type, micrometer-type, and Vernier-type measuring instrument to an accuracy of 0.001 inches and 0.01 millimeters. |

Basic Hydraulic Systems | Basic Hydraulic Systems covers: adhering to fluid power systems safety rules; interpreting basic fluid power schematics; starting up and shutting down a hydraulic system and adjusting system pressure; adjusting hydraulic actuator speed using a flow control valve; servicing hydraulic fluid and a hydraulic filter; installing hydraulic conductors and installing and testing components in a basic hydraulic circuit; and troubleshooting a basic hydraulic circuit. |

Basic Pneumatic Systems | Basic Pneumatic Systems covers: adhering to fluid power systems safety rules; adjusting pneumatic system branch operating pressure using a regulator and pneumatic actuator speed using a flow control valve; servicing a pneumatic filter and pneumatic lubricator; installing pneumatic conductors; starting up and shutting down a reciprocating air compressor and adjusting operating pressure; and installing and testing components in pneumatic circuits. |

Maintenance Welding | Maintenance Welding covers: adhering to welding safety rules; using an acetylene torch; explaining welding theory, equipment, and selection process; preparing parts to be welded; using a SMAW Welder to make basic welds on flat stock; inspecting welds; and using a plasma cutter to cut flat stock. |

qualify for Financial Aid, but financing for the Industrial Maintenance
