This Department's Resources Have Changed Due to the Temporary Closure
Students may submit a request by mailing in the transcript request form below or via WebAdvisor. No requests will be accepted in person at this time. Transcript requests will be processed on a weekly basis but no expedited transcripts can be processed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
- The Cumberland Campus is unable to send transcripts electronically! For immediate needs, unofficial transcripts can be obtained by logging into your WebAdvisor or Self Service account. Due to this delay, we ask that businesses and other institutions temporarily accept unofficial transcripts (pending your official transcript request) until we return to normal operations. In the event a student needs immediate verification of enrollment or graduation, an Enrollment Verification Request (found in Forms) can be submitted to email@example.com and will be processed via the student e-mail account.
- Official transcript evaluations for incoming transfer students will occur on a weekly basis until we return to normal operations. We appreciate your patience during this time. Please work with your advisor to obtain approval to override a pre-req based on an unofficial transcript.
Two Ways to Request
You can request a transcript from RCSJ-Cumberland in two ways:
- WebAdvisor - if you were a previous student or a current student at Cumberland login to the WebAdvisor system.
- Mail it in - Print this PDF form then fill it out then mail it in with the $5.00 fee.
