The Office of Technology has worked with Microsoft to give Office 365 to all students for free!
What is Office 365?
Office 365 provides access to Microsoft web apps (like OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel online), and allows students to download Microsoft Office on up to 5 devices.

RCSJ students and employees from both the Cumberland and Gloucester campuses can download and install the Microsoft Office suite for Windows and Mac by visiting the Office 365 page.
The Office suite is not available for Chromebook, you only have access to the Microsoft Web Apps which are available at the link above.
Before installation: If your computer already has an older or different version of Microsoft Office, you will need to uninstall that software before performing this installation.
Step 1 - Click Install apps and select Microsoft 365 apps
Step 2 - Click "Install Office". The OfficeSetup.exe will appear in your web browser's Download menu.
Run this application to install Office.
