                  Josh R. Piddington has devoted himself to furthering the reach of affordable higher education for more than a decade. Mr. Piddington specializes in almost anything dealing with technology, but his research interests lie in IoT (internet of things), social media, instructional design and political science. He began as a student worker and progressed throughout the years to his current leadership position at Rowan College at Gloucester County, which Piddington believes affords him a unique understanding of what students require to be successful. Piddington is a principled leader who always puts students' interests first. As Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Piddington leads the Division of Innovation and Technology which encompasses all technology initiatives as well as Distance Education and Marketing and Communications. During his stewardship, the College's online learning environment known as "eLearning" has grown to encompass more than 70% of all courses offered at RCGC.

                  Diana DeVault is a team coordinator for the Division of Innovation and Technology and has been with the college since September of 2006. She performs many of the day-to-day duties and operations of the division as well as orders all technology supplies and equipment across campus. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in 2006 and her master’s degree in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2016. She hopes and plans to continue working for Rowan College for many years to come.

                  Dan McCormick manages the Division of Instructional Technology and has over 10 years of experience working directly with classroom technology at RCSJ. As manager, it is his primary responsibility to ensure that all instructional spaces on campus have fully functioning equipment to enrich the student learning experience and to make the experience for faculty members a seamless one from classroom to classroom. He also hires and trains all new employees for the division. He has a BA from Rowan University and enjoys supporting the Board of the oldest Astronomy Club in the country in his spare time as Treasurer.

She earned her B.A. in Geography from Rowan University in 2006, and finished her M.A. in English, with a concentration in British Literature and gender studies, in 2015. She teaches English courses as an adjunct instructor at RCGC.

                  Brooke Hoffman, an Instructional Designer, has worked in higher education since 2010. In addition, she has specialized in online education since 2012, and is currently working towards her doctorate at Northeastern University with a dissertation focusing on critical thinking skills and student engagement in online education.                   Carlos Lugo is an applications and system administrator within Rowan College's Network and Systems Administration team. Carlos joined the College in March 2012. Before that time, Carlos worked in the health information technologies field as a technical support engineer in Long Beach, California. In that position, he was involved in numerous projects. Some of his most memorable were the EMR conversion, AD/Exchange migrations, Cisco VoIP and PACS. He enjoys using his skills in the education sector at Rowan College.

                  Mike Gotthold works as one-third of the College's Network & Systems administration team. This team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the College's server systems as well as the operations of all the College's network infrastructure equipment. Mike has been a full-time employee of Rowan College since January 2010. Previously, Mike worked for six months as an outside consultant to the College, and before joining the College, Mike spent five years as a network administrator for Camden County College. "The goal of our team is to keep the systems and network functioning efficiently, securely and reliably to ensure students, faculty and staff have access to the applications and tools they need to succeed," he said.
