Considered by many to be the most charming musical ever written, She Loves Me is a warm romantic comedy
with an endearing innocence and a touch of old world elegance. This musical is the third adaptation of the
1937 play Parfumerie by Hungarian playwright Miklós László, following the 1940 James Stewart-Margaret
Sullavan film The Shop Around the Corner and the 1949 Judy Garland-Van Johnson musical version In the Good
Old Summertime. It surfaced again in 1998 as the Tom Hanks-Meg Ryan feature You've Got Mail.
Set in a 1930s European perfumery, we meet shop clerks, Amalia and Georg, who, more often than not, don't

secret pen-pal love letters that they exchange, but the identity of their admirers remains unknown. Join
Amalia and Georg to discover the identity of their true loves... and of all the twists and turns along the way!
