This AP was revised to provide additional information pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:15C-10(d), Office of the State Comptroller to adjust the reporting threshold amounts set forth in N.J.S.A. 52:15C-10(a) and (b).

This policy was revised to remove the terminology “and his/her designees" to allow for voluntary participation on administrative procedure development.  The AP was revised to remove redundant verbiage.

 Background for policy and AP revision:

This policy and AP were revised by providing a variety of statements for additional clarification, increasing the minimum number of credits to be completed at RCSJ to 30, and providing information regarding additional restrictions that apply to the Selective Admissions Allied Health and Automotive programs.

The policy and AP were revised to include neutral parenting verbiage, further refine room usage, and update contact information.

7109 Unused Sick Leave Retirement Compensation

The policy owners on both the Cumberland and Gloucester campuses worked collaboratively to review and reaffirm this policy.  The AP was revised to delete dated information from 2002 which now applies to all employees, regardless of the date of hire.

7111 Workers' Compensation

The policy owners on both the Cumberland and Gloucester campuses worked collaboratively to review and reaffirm this policy.  The AP was revised to incorporate a statement to align with the Student Code of Conduct AP for a student to complete an educational assignment, if appropriate, when this policy has been violated.

This policy was revised to provide information and clarification regarding durations of telecommuting assignments and President/Vice President authorization and approval for telecommuting assignments.  The administrative procedure includes this clarification regarding durations of telecommuting, President/Vice President authorization/approval, and an expiration date of December 31, 2021 for a portion of this administrative procedure.
