All campus space is created equal, will be scheduled when available, and follow the same scheduling guidelines.
Academic scheduling always takes priority with no interference by non-credit activities/events.
Space requests for on-campus events may be received and scheduled annually beginning November 1st for those held January - May; and March 1st for events held June-December.
Notification should be sent to the requestor within 48-72 hours.
