For writing assignments, you may submit up to three drafts per paper, but subject content questions are unlimited. If we feel it is necessary based on your submission, we will contact you to schedule a live tutoring session.
Responses will be sent to your RCSJ student email. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 business hours. We are available Monday – Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters and Monday – Thursday during the Summer. Keep in mind the rate of return and your assignment's due date. If you need more immediate assistance, it is best to make an appointment with a tutor.
