Welcome to the Academic Support Center at RCSJ. We offer many services to students, including Tutoring, Academic Coaching, Study Groups, Workshops, and more. All of our services are FREE to all currently enrolled RCSJ students.
Fall 2021 Tutoring
Tutoring is available in person and online in both synchronous and asynchronous formats, some of which are accessible 24/7.The Academic Support Center tutoring staff consists of peer and professional tutors who cover most subjects taught on campus and are ready to help you succeed! Finals Week: 12/6-12/10
Tutors are available for drop-in tutoring during finals week, no appointment necessary! Limited online Zoom sessions are still available for most subjects on a first come, first served basis. Drop in hours are Monday through Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-5pm, and Friday 9am-1pm.
In-person and virtual Zoom tutoring appointments are available Monday through Friday. To make an appointment with a tutor, click HERE.

In-person, drop-in tutoring is available for math and physics at select times. Students are welcome during these hours for help on a first-come, first-served basis. Tutors will rotate from student to student after each problem or question. View the drop-in schedule HERE.
Ask a Tutor:
Students may send us questions about subject content, request a tutoring appointment, or submit a writing assignment through our Ask a Tutor Form. To submit an Ask a Tutor form, click HERE.
ThinkingStorm is our 24/7 professional online tutoring service assisting with most subjects. ThinkingStorm is great for after hours and weekends. To access ThinkingStorm, log into your RCSJ Portal. On the My Campus page, click on "Online Tutoring" in either My Applications or Campus Links. You will then be directed to ThinkingStorm's tutoring menu.
Please note, all programming courses are listed under “Markup and Programming Languages", and Intro to Computers (CIS-102) is listed by Topic, under “Microsoft Office".
