Junior Achievement

Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) and Junior Achievement of New Jersey (JANJ) partnered in fall 2023 to establish a satellite office on the Gloucester campus, serving as the southern New Jersey headquarters for JA initiatives. This collaboration offers middle and high school students in the region access to programs focused on financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship. 

Key Aspects of the Partnership

• Satellite Location: Located at the Gloucester campus, the office serves as a hub for expanding JANJ programs in southern New Jersey.
• Target Audience: The partnership brings experiential learning opportunities to middle and high school students.
• Focus Areas: Programs emphasize career exploration, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship to prepare students for the workforce.
• Bridging Education: RCSJ acts as a bridge for these students to higher education, providing a pathway to business and other fields. 

This collaboration enables students to engage in JA programs while gaining exposure to the college environment, aiming to help youth explore careers and make sound educational decisions.
