"All of our Behavioral Science and Law & Social Justice Division faculty have backgrounds working within their chosen field of teaching. You’ll have instructors who were chiefs of police, were prosecutors, or—like me—practiced private therapy, and we bring that experience to the classroom.

Jan Hanselman leads the development and management of behavioral science and law programs across the Gloucester and Cumberland campuses. With a deep commitment to aligning academic initiatives with industry needs, she has played a pivotal role in expanding RCSJ’s program offerings, securing accreditations, and developing innovative curricula to prepare students for real-world success.
