Technical Support
Technical Support advances RCSJ’s mission by delivering reliable, cost-effective, high-quality technology services that empower learning and community engagement across the College.
Technical support staff will assist you with a variety of services as part of the RCSJ community. They include:
Email and Student Portal
You can access your RCSJ email by logging on to the Portal and clicking the Webmail icon at the top right.
Each student has a unique email address. Your email address is [email protected], using your Rowan College username to replace "USERNAME" (i.e., John Doe's email address might be [email protected] or [email protected]).
It is important to check your email as it is one of the primary ways RCSJ staff and instructors communicate.
Set Up Email on Your Mobile Device
You can also access your RCSJ email with your mobile device.
Important Notes
- Course Messages in eLearning are not the same as your RCSJ Email.
- You cannot set up your RCSJ email to automatically forward to your personal email address.
- NOTE: Even though you may be able to set up a rule in Outlook Web Access, if your RCSJ email becomes full, it will no longer forward email to your personal email address.
- An automatic cleanup runs weekly that will delete your older emails. If you have an important email that you want to keep, manually forward it to your personal email address.
The myRCSJ Portal is your personalized hub for academic success to access schedules, grades, financial aid, registration, and campus resources anytime, anywhere, all in one convenient, easy-to-use platform.
Current students can access the most up-to-date information about these opportunities by visiting the myRCSJ Portal and logging into their account.
