At Rowan College of South Jersey, we are committed to providing our students with a quality education taught by distinguished faculty and the industry connections required to successfully launch their careers. In service of this goal, the College looked to establish “HR Direct” connections with human resource departments charged with finding new talent and familiar with the credentials needed for their employees.
Building relationships and engaging in consistent dialogue has led to tremendous partnership growth at RCSJ.
