Rowan College of South Jersey’s (RCSJ) Premier Partners provide opportunities and expertise to future professionals within the community. Both RCSJ students and premier partnered employees can enjoy premier partnership perks focused on aiding education.

Our current Premier Partners include:

 

  • Inspira Health, benefiting our Nursing and Health Professions Division

  • Rastelli Foods Group, benefiting our Divisions of Business Studies and Career and Technical Education

Our Partnership History 

In 2022, RCSJ entered its first Premier Partnership with Inspira Health to help meet the workforce demands of the South Jersey healthcare industry. The standard for future Premier Partnerships was set with them, which consists of: 

  • Research and Development: Premier Partners guide the College on what new programs and credentials are in-demand within their industry. 
  • Teaching Opportunities: Qualified, credentialed partner employees have the opportunity to teach courses at RCSJ and serve on Program Advisory Committees.  
  • Employee Discounts: Premier Partner employees receive a minimum discount of 40% on tuition per-credit fees on any of RCSJ’s credit-bearing degree and certificate programs.  
  • Scholarships: Premier Partners have up to 25 student scholarships created in their name. The number of scholarships and qualification criteria varies by industry. 

The Premier Partner distinction is also assigned because of a $1 million donation to RCSJ, which supports the cost of research and development and is applied to scholarships. In recognition of this donation, Premier Partners will have a College building named for them.
