Advanced Pathway programs offer students early college credits, hands-on experience, and expert mentorship, accelerating students’ progress toward advanced credentials while saving both time and money.
Pathways offer students a taste of the career field while pursuing their academic goals. Students can start by earning a certificate – possibly pausing their education to pursue employment – then continuing their education pathway for the next step of credentials. Pathway Program educational plans and individualized coaching propel students toward career success and life fulfillment.

Each Pathway provides the opportunity to begin in high school through dual enrollment and High School Option Program (HSOP) as part of RCSJ’s Collegiate High School. This provides another layer of cost savings to students and their parents. HSOP is flexible allowing students to complete just one class or earn their full associate degree. RCSJ Advisors will guide students and provide a warm transition to Rowan University advisors when they are ready to transfer.
