Steps that Lead to your Future

Here's How to Enroll

  • 1–

    Step One: Apply and Submit Official Documents

    • Visit RCSJ.edu/Apply and select "Start Application"
      • Create and Activate an Application Profile
      • Submit a General Application*
        To apply, Students must use a valid, personal email address and cell phone number. Please check this personal email for communications on your next step.
    • Submit the following documents to the Office of Admissions:
      • Official high school transcript or high school equivalency and any college transcripts
      • Completed Immunization Record Form
      • Standardized Test Scores (see step 3 for more information)
        • Cumberland Admissions:
          3322 College Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360
        • Gloucester Admissions:
          1400 Tanyard Road, Sewell, NJ 08080

    * The Steps to Erroll may be different if you are: 

    • Enrolling while in High School
    • Transferring in from another college/university
    • Enrolling while attending another college/university

    Step Two: Apply for Financial Aid

    Step Three: Satisfy the Placement Test Requirement!

    All students are required to take the Accuplacer, or provide proof of exemption, to determine
    proper course placement

    Step Four: Meet with an Academic Advisor

    • Your advisor will provide guidance and assist you with course selection and registration for your first semester at RCSJ. Advisement services may vary throughout the year. For the most current information regarding available advisement options,

    Students must satisfy the step 3 requirements prior to course advisement and registration.

    Step Five: Pay Your Bill

    Visit RCSJ’s Student Portal at My.RCSJ.edu to view and pay your bill or set up a payment plan
