Ways to Request an Official Transcript

Official transcripts can be sent electronically, by mail, or picked up in the Student and Enrollment Services Center.

Fees vary depending on the delivery format and timeframe requested. Transcripts are processed on college business days. Please refer to the Academic Calendar and website for campus closure dates and information.

You can request a transcript from Rowan College of South Jersey in the following ways:

• Order Online: Please visit the National Clearing House website to request an electronic copy of your official transcript. Additional fees will apply.
  Note: Check the status of your transcript request
• Drop it off: For expedited transcript options (additional fees apply), please stop by the Cumberland Enrollment Services One Stop to fill out a request and pay in person. Please visit Gloucester’s Business Office to pay and then visit the One Stop to fill out a request.
• Unofficial Transcript: Log into My RCSJ Portal to print a copy of your unofficial transcript.

Note: One year after graduation or departure from Rowan College of South Jersey, a student’s myRCSJ Portal access is deactivated, and students will no longer be able to obtain unofficial transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are not available via email or phone requests. You must come in person to the One Stop with photo ID to obtain an unofficial transcript if you are unable to access it online.
