Remote Accuplacer Testing

Taking the test on campus is preferred; however, there is a remote option offered through ProctorU for a fee.

Remote Accuplacer through ProctorU

Accuplacer Testing at the RCSJ-Cumberland or RCSJ-Gloucester campus is preferred. However, remote testing and proctoring services are offered through ProctorU for a fee of $29.50 for the proctoring option known as Live +. They offer the options of:

On-demand, take it now (<24h): $8
On-demand, take it soon (>24h <72h): $5

Apply to RCSJ

Students must have an RCSJ issued student ID number to schedule a remote Accuplacer.  This RCSJ ID number is sent out by our Office of Admissions after completing the free, online application (or High School Participation Form for HSOP in Gloucester). If you have not yet submitted your application, please visit the Apply page.

Submit Exemption Documentation (if applicable)

All students are required to take the Accuplacer, or provide proof of exemption, before course advisement and registration.

Please complete the request form below.  RCSJ’s Testing Services will use these details to generate your Accuplacer Test Voucher. Please expect this to occur within 48 hours during RCSJ’s business hours.

Check your Email and Follow the Instructions

You will receive an email from Accuplacer ([email protected]) with your voucher code and instructions for scheduling and taking the Accuplacer. This email will be sent to the email address entered in the above Request Form. Please be sure to check your spam folders.

Test Results

Accuplacer will email your score report upon completion of the test. This score report is specific to RCSJ’s Cumberland and Gloucester Campuses and includes information on next steps in the enrollment process.
