Each teacher who is sponsoring students will upload the required documents for their students into a STEM Wizard.
Team projects must have a complete set of paperwork completed for each team member.
We welcome early paperwork submission. This will allow for early detection of projects that may need approval and additional forms before research begins.
Please review your students' paperwork for thoroughness and completeness, as incomplete forms will be returned.
Every project to be entered into the Rowan College South Jersey, Cumberland Campus Science Research Competition must have the following forms submitted by February 9, 2026:

Appointments to review paperwork can be set up by the teachers from a sponsoring school in January 2026.
