EOF Overview
What is EOF?
The Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) is one of the nation’s most comprehensive and successful state-supported efforts to provide access to higher education for students who lack the economic resources and academic preparation to attend college. For more information about the EOF program and its rich history, please visit the official State of New Jersey website at EOF History.
RCSJ students accepted into the EOF program will have access to a variety of support services. All students are welcome to apply for EOF! The application is open to both currently enrolled students at RCSJ and new students. NJ Dreamers and transfer students (including EOF transfer and general transfer students) are strongly encouraged to submit an EOF application.
