Program Learning
The Industrial Maintenance Technician: Maintenance Operations and Shop Basics will develop skills in performing machine maintenance procedures, including preventive and predictive maintenance. Training includes selecting and safely using appropriate hand tools, properly moving, handling, and storing materials and equipment, and applying effective system troubleshooting methods.
Additionally, students will learn fundamental machine shop safety, math, and measurement. Students will earn OSHA 10 certification and, upon completion, sit for the NIMS Machine Maintenance Credential.

Enrollment Instructions
1. Visit our enrollment website and select your course with the appropriate start date.
2. Click “Add to Cart.” You will be prompted to create a new student profile.
3. Complete your enrollment by submitting payment for the course.
4. Download and complete the enrollment packet, if applicable, and send to [email protected] or drop off at the Cumberland or Gloucester CTE Office.
