Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)

The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) is a global institutional accreditor recognized by the United States Secretary of Education since 1952. As an accreditor and member of the regulatory triad, MSCHE assures students and the public of the educational quality for its over 500 institutions of higher education. The Commission’s accreditation process ensures institutional accountability, self-appraisal, improvement, and innovation through peer review and the rigorous application of standards within the context of institutional mission.

Veterinary Technology, A.A.S.

RCSJ has submitted an application seeking initial accreditation from The American Veterinary Medical Association Committee on Veterinary Technology Education and Activities (AVMA CVTEA). The submission and acceptance of our application does not guarantee accreditation, and applying for accreditation does not grant any temporary accreditation status. Students will be kept informed as to the status of accreditation. Though the Veterinary Technology Program at Rowan College of South Jersey intends to attain accreditation, there is no guarantee that accreditation will be granted. Graduation from an accredited school is required to obtain credentials as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) in New Jersey.

Automotive Technology, A.A.S.

Cybersecurity, A.S.

RCSJ is designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) through 2028, and its Cybersecurity Associate of Science degree has received CAE-CD Program of Study Validation from the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security through 2027.
