Wilmington University's Presidential Scholarship for Rowan College of South Jersey is available to make your educational goals even more affordable. The scholarship will be awarded to two students, and it covers all tuition and fees during a recipient's two years at Wilmington University, which reduces the tuition cost of a bachelor's degree by as much as $26,000.*

Applicants for this scholarship will be evaluated using the following criteria:

  • Completion of an associate degree at Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) by the May 2026 Commencement
  • Demonstration of financial need
  • Demonstration of leadership abilities and participation in community service events

The students must graduate from RCSJ-Cumberland or RCSJ-Gloucester with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in their RCSJ-Cumberland or RCSJ-Gloucester coursework.

Scholarship applications will be reviewed by Wilmington University and Rowan College of South Jersey representatives. The two scholarship recipients will be selected and notified by April 13, 2026.

The Gloucester County Board of Commissioners, in cooperation with RCSJ, established the Gloucester County Intern Scholarship Program, an initiative providing qualified, first-year RCSJ students with a potential two-year tuition and fees award, along with field-specific work experience.
Gloucester County Internship Scholarship

In cooperation with the Rowan College South Jersey Foundation at Gloucester, the College has established the Presidential Start Smart Scholarship, an initiative created to provide qualified first-year students with a $1,000 tuition award.

The "Presidential Start Smart Scholarship" was designed for students ranked directly under the top 15 percent of their graduating class. It provides qualified first-year students with a $1,000 award when enrolled in a full-time course of study.
