Institutional Effectiveness is collaboration within the various departments of Rowan College of South Jersey to define and identify expected outcomes for administrative programs, educational programs and support services. An alignment of the institutional goals with accreditation, assessment, and data analysis provides RCSJ with a clear picture of the decision-making process and expected outcomes to ensure program and service achievement.
